Should be called DISADVANTAGE GOLD

I had taken this out with our mortgage after being told by natwest that it gives mobile phone insurance cover.

Had my mobile stolen- gave advantage gold my imei number, police statement, filled in all the forms, checked the cctv at the restaurant, gave them a purchase receipt.

Advantage Gold never call you back. I eventually spoke to a guy called Luke who requested paphetic details from me that would be impossible to get- bit like having your car stolen and asking the car thief for a receipt.

Advantage Gold is a lie and a Scam- My advice, stay away!

    What details exactly?

And if they were requested on the telephone rather than in writing, perhaps it was an individual who did not understand his job rather than the policy of the organisation. Anyway, the advice has to be: use their own complaints procedure and if that doesn't bring you joy then go to the Ombudsman.
