In a hole. Lost my tracking number for a parcel I sent back to a company

Hey folks. Long time no post. Anyway, I am looking for a little help. I had a faulty router which I was sending back directly to NETGEAR (They plan to replace it for a newer model) Anyway, I sent it via a box last week via royal mail. I checked online friday and I know the parcel had got to where I was asked to send it (even had a signature) now NETGEAR are claiming they have NO record of my device ever landing at their point where I was asked to return it to and won't authorise the replacement to be sent to me if I don't have the tracking number I can give to them (I've lost that bit of paper though the number was on) ARGH!

Perhaps someone on the tech board can help you check you internet history to see if you can access it via your computer.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

I done that via the other computer a few minutes ago and it's not there
I may be in a bit of a hole................

Do it on the computer you sent the first one from. Hopefully if you can remember the first digit it should appear as a drop down box
*fingers crossed*The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0 -
Just double checked again and it's definety not coming up. I know it started with a K0

Would there be any chance the post office you sent it from could help if you have them the post code of where you sent it and also maybe the date and time you sent it too? If you paid by card, is it possible that they could use those details to pull the transaction up on their systems?
Sorry if that's no help but might be worth asking!
Edited to add - just had a quick google and it seems if you go to the post office with name and post code you might get lucky although there are some other people who say it's not possible. Still might be worth trying though.0
