As I mentioned in a previous post, I am also having the same problem I just tried again going from Firefox to Internet Explorer and have the same experience. It is saying it is saving, just below the 'save' box, but when I try to go to Profile survey or survey centre it tells me my address and post code aren't filled in, all other info provided is still there

Try going into 'Settings' then 'Personal Details' and see if your address etc. are completed

I thought you all might like a little chuckle at this. I've been told off today for not putting my age correctly! If I continue to do this if will result in my having my swagbucks taken off me! They keep telling me I'm 47... I've pointed out that putting my age as 46 is correct as my birthday is later on in the year. Perhaps they'd like to either see my birth certificate or tell the cosmos that the passage of time is incorrect. I'm waiting for my reply.....
