The username is your email address, but the password is different - it should be in your email from them.

I got two emails - the first with the above, and the second with their reply

I just treat the offers as a lottery now.

I just use the offers as 'top ups' or if I am totally desperate - if they credit then it's great. I've only ever put one ticket in on the walls - the one to Peanut Labs last night. It's annoying when they don't credit, but I would rather have the walls than be banned for putting in too many tickets

i only need less than 175 sb to get another £25.00 voucher but cannot be bothered with the video's tonight as listening to music on u tube so annoying! shall try for a couple of daily surveys failing that wait till midnight for the casino tasks

Small rant- got DQ's from three PL surveys...... on the 4th GFK One they were asking about food and food waste said 21 minutes long. I get through page after page of questions approximately 18 minutes and get DQ'd i think that they should at least award us for the hard work and time we put into these! not nil or one sodding swag buck..... Rant over.

I keep getting notification of a PL survey up, but its not there when I go to the wall:mad: Still trying to reach my 300.

I now have 90 bucks to get for my voucher and by heck i plan to get them before i go to bed.... so hoping that the casino tasks will help me on my way!

Exactly the same happened to me. It said I had completed the survey and was redirecting me, then got a page booting me out. I didn't have a screen shot of anything and there is no record of me doing it on my PL log. What can you do, not even worth putting in a ticket is it?
