It's the first day that I haven't struggled - the last week has been a nightmare with hardly any surveys

I know how you feel a lot of the surveys are about young children
and mine are all grown up :D

I put in a ticket about the PL60sb I did earlier, they replied saying I wasn't credited cos I was 'timed out'.....err, no, your survey congratulated me and then came up with an error:mad: Tried this reply to the email, but it was returned from them as it was an auto email.

I personally Paul think they nick the information they give you and then they don't give you the SB

I have a feeling that they may have done with this one. Some of them don't actually upload until the end of the survey, but I had a strange feeling about this one. It just went on and on and there were so many things to read and try to understand - it was more like doing an exam than a survey. I would have been even more annoyed if I had completed it all. Oh well, onto the next one :)

Cath, you should have an email with a username and password so that you can log onto their help site. You can view your tickets and reply that way (you can even add screenshots). I put in a ticket for one yesterday and they were very helpful

Thanks Paul, just looked at that email too and will reply via the same way as I put the ticket in. Problem is that I didn't take a screenshot, heard so many people say they never take any notice of them. Will just tell them I don't know how to do them.

Rdit: Went through link in email to PL is the user id also the pw as it says incorrect:(

I didn't send a screenshot, but they still checked to see if I had been credited. I did use words like 'I would be very grateful if you could...' and 'thankyou for all your help'. It's worth a try, anyway.:)

Hang on - let me check my email from last night

OK I got an email saying 'You have been added to Peanut Labs helpdesk. The URL is

    https://support.peanutlabs.com

The username is your email address, but the password is different - it should be in your email from them.

I got two emails - the first with the above, and the second with their reply

Just did the Paysafe card offer and it credited straight away. I was going to leave it until tomorrow because I have a feeling it will be another big target, but I see there are only 3 hours left on the offer, so thought I would grab it while it was still there

The paysafecard didn't credit for me, poop, i do have around a dozen emails for it though!

Will i put in a ticket? Doubtful. If you complain too many times the barstewards ban you!!

I just treat the offers as a lottery now.
