Put in a ticket for a DS I did yesterday but didn't get credit for.

I got the usual nonsense about the survey company not having a record of it (even though I had a screenshot!) so emailed back querying it along the lines of "I'm very disappointed to have spent time doing this and received nothing for it, even though my screenshot shows it's completed" and they gave me 20SB.

It's not the 70 I'm owed, but it'll do
