as some of you may know I had 700SB removed off my account
and I don't know why, this is the replay I have just got back off them

I do apologize for the trouble and the wait while we investigated your account. The survey company is not able to find a successful completion regarding this survey. The survey company is not able to credit for surveys that are not fully completed. I do apologize for the trouble.

Thank you again for contacting the Swag Bucks support team. If you have any further questions or concerns please let us know.

    Thank you,
    Kelly

but I have never done a survey for 700SB

That is just the standard reply when a ticket is put in for non credit of a survey.

Reply back to it and tell them that is not the question you asked.your concern is removal of swagbucks not a survey non credit.

  • Definitely challenge again. Tell them that is not the question you asked and be very clear when asking why they have deducted 700 bucks. I get that answer every time I put in a request for credit - some numpty just hasn't read your message properly. Good luck!
  • Is anyone else struggling to find any surveys to do these days? I haven't had a survey on Swag Bucks for four or five days. I'm on 38/80 today but querying an offer on RO that didn't credit. I signed up for Unique Rewards and logged into the site as requested. That should have given me 60sb. Yesterday I was credited by RO staff when the recipe toolbar didn't credit automatically. I'm getting a bit fed up with having to chase them up all the time.
    Don't mess with pensioners.

To be honest I'm finding surveys etc still okay... I seem to go in waves, some days loads next day none... Had a couple today and some Sometrics offers credit instantly.

I always run SBTV in the background regardless of what I'm doing - volume down of course. Currently on 203/80.

  • Yey, went xmas shopping today (brows rather than shop) decided that mum was getting a new bag and pair of smart gloves (she is still hip and trendy), dad his fave football shirt (as last one was a few years ago) and one for son as what his bampa and uncle support he does too (being 3, understandable) and my gran asked for a specific pair of boots from M & S costingg £25.00 . Costed everything up....
Came home and logged onto swagbucks (only 400 points away from another £25.00 voucher) Had a nose on the new shopping section, ordered both the shirts and will get 305 swagbucks for this transaction as the 4199 M & S voucher offer is on, once the above credits i can order them and accessorise has some very smart bags and gloves....
Could be well on my way to my next voucher by the time i shop through this.... Happy Much!! :)
