I was looking back at some of the Facebook posts last night. I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this on here yet (apologies if they have) but Swagbucks posted this on 23rd October:-

'New survey provider also coming soon. Since not all surveys qualify, we figured at least we give you more chances to do so with another source!'

I cannot see any updates, but it will be great if there's going to be more choices of surveys

I've just done an Opinion Survey on cars on the Trial Pay wall that hasn't credited. It should have been 45sb.

Hi guys

I have just done a DS on tv stations which has not credited I know it says it can take up to 3 days, but I want to compain now! lol The one that did not credit last week never did (Oatso Simple) so I want to lodge a complain while it is still fresh in my head.

There is a link to contact SB at the bottom of the last page of the survey, but nothing I can see in the drop down menu seems relevant. Sorry to be thick. How do I complain please?

Those are the ones that usually credit for me - in fact I don't think I ever had one that didn't credit. Hopefully it will credit later for you

I was disqualified for being Scottish on something yesterday I think. Can't remember what it was though.

Hi cod3,

to answer your Q re how to complain for future reference in the windows for each PL, TP, etc on the sepcial offers there is a support link either in the top left or bottom right of the tab windows. Click there to fill out query form and they will respond via email with ticket number and hopefully resolve any issues.
