I've just had a reply from SB about the energy providers survey that didn't credit for anyone the other day.
I do apologize for the trouble and the wait while we investigated your account. The survey company is not able to find a successful completion regarding this survey.
The survey company is not able to credit for surveys that are not fully completed. I do apologize for the trouble.

Thank you again for contacting the Swag Bucks support team. If you have any further
questions or concerns please let us know.

I have sent them a list of complaints from people who didn't get credited and pointed out that the screenshot clearly shows the survey had been completed.

Why are the tasks mainly casino pages :(

I think because the Casino company pays Crowd Flower (who host the tasks) to promote their websites. From what I can gather, the more people who click on the websites, the higher up the pages and positions they go. The searches that we do on the tasks are similar to what other people would search. So people who are looking to play an online casino would maybe search 'which is the best online casino' and one of the casinos sites that we do the tasks on would appear high up in the rankings. Most people only look at the first or second page when doing a search, so the chances of them choosing one of the 'task casinos' is quite high. That's my theory, anyway :)

  • Went straight away but it gave me the makeup one which i have had several times and it dsq me every single time.

Not quite sure what they are looking for on that one. :D

Try ticking the boxes for nail polish next time ;) that survey comes up so often I've lost count of the number of times I've completed it, it came up again today on another site and I hit the back button because it is very, very long and tedious. Sometimes there's more to life than swagbucks!

Ridiculous! I emailed them with a screenshot this morning and they haven't even replied yet, doesn't look likely I'll be credited either.
