Post on Facebook from Swagbucks UK - If you could change one thing about Swagbucks what would it be?

Response to surveys not crediting - "as you know there is only so much we can do though we are constantly on at the survey companies to improve their service."

Response to request for more videos - "We are also sorting out video so there will be lots more on offer for UK users"

Response to request for more offers - "We are also trying to clean up the special offer walls, and bring in lots of new UK only offers"

  • Hiya (lurker alert!), I joined SB a few months ago, and at first I thought it was a great website, but I am really disappointed at the amount of spam I'm starting to get through :(! Is there anything I can do? (Yes, I've opened up a new email account.)
I'm not giving up until I've earned my £25 Amazon voucher!

In regards to spam - part and parcel of the business I guess, yes definately use a backup/junk email account.

It's not totally straightforward, because obviously you consent to receive a certain amount of marketing material when you provide your email address.
Gmail has a useful automated feature where they can send unsubscribe messages on your behalf to companies that are constantly spamming you. Whether or not these requests are adhered to, of course, is another matter.
