The Swagbucks Challenge - Part 2

I really wish the games would pay swagbucks more often. Has anyone ever seen a games tournament?

Next to the daily total, there is a bubble that says 226SB. is that how many points I've gained today? If so I am missing points as I am sure I started on 566 and its now at 702, so 136 pts which may be for audible, but I also did 1 SBTV for 3 pts and short vids totaling 9pts before audible trial. I think I am also missing 8 extra pts for reaching the daily goal. I gained 70pts for a survey, but that was added on I believe.

Cath, I find that I usually have to refresh the page for the daily bar to increase. The best way to check what SBs you have earned today is to look at your ledger

I think they stopped the tournaments some time ago. I usually get 2 sb every time I play 2 different games (occasionally it is 3 games if one is very short or I get a low score)

Hi paulshorse. I usually refresh by clicking the blue circle but it stays the same, also I have not long logged on from a few hours ago and its still the same - what's the ledger, is it the button in the toolbar that says 'you have xxxSB' as I find that slower to update than the total next to the lue circle. I am on 702pts (at least) so can I put that into Paypal instead of waiting for another 149 points for a £5 Amazon voucher? Reading back these posts I am also concerned about malware and that comp I did on special offers tab that text and rung me a few times!

Is anybody else having trouble with the SBTV mobile app? I've had it running for a while, restarted it etc. and my meter isn't moving at all?

The blue circle next to your total swagbucks refreshes the amount that you have earned, so, for example, if you have completed a survey click on the blue circle and it should add to your total. To get to your ledger, hover over your name to the right of that blue circle, click on 'My Swagbucks' then click on the 'ledger' tab. It will then show you all the swagbucks that you have earned. You can filter it by date and/or category. So you should easily be able to see what you have earned today. When I suggested refreshing the page, I meant right click on the actual web page tab the click refresh or reload (depending on what browser you are using). That should refresh the daily total toolbar and should then match the swagbucks that you have earned today.:)

We are not allowed to use the SBTV mobile - one of the members on here got an email from Swagbucks saying that they had found her using the mobile application which is against Swagbucks rules as apparently it is not an official App. An official one is to be brought out for us in the UK later this year, apparently. So this may be the reason why the meter is not moving. Everyone on here has stopped using the App in case they get their accounts de-activated. If you look back at the previous Swagbucks thread you should be able to find the post. It did cause quite a stir at the time

If you only have 702 pts, you don't have enough for Paypal yet. A £5 Paypal gift is 1049 Swagbucks, whereas a £5 Amazon voucher is 849 sb. Most of us start off by redeeming 5 x £5 Amazon vouchers (you can only redeem five of any one denomination of voucher) then move onto the Paypals. It really depends on whether you prefer the cash through Paypal of spending your swagbucks through Amazon.:)

Thanks again paulshorse, your explanation was a great help, I can now see where I've gained my points each time:) I have gained 227 points today, but the 9sb's for the daily target doesn't seem part of it, wonder when that is added?
