Are no vids crediting at all, or is it just specific ones? Is it only the ones on Supersonic that are not crediting (try the 'Love your heart' one on RadiumOne if it's still there to see if that credits, or one on Peaenut Labs if there are any). Then we will know if it's an issue specifically with Supersonic or one in general

Some of the vids don't credit for me. The Nivea one credits once and there was a repeating ad for jeans that didn't credit at all. PL is taking longer than it used to and the credit doesn't come up straight away. There are one or two others that haven't credited but the majority of them do. I see the same videos on Inbox Pounds and they credit there OK.

I've had a lot of videos credit, but once I got to 44SB's they stopped. Twiggy M&S, Bond, Hotel GB are the only ones repeating on home page and supersonic that have stopped crediting (there may be 1 or 2 more, but can'r rhink of them). I'm getting no other videos and the ones you mentioned aren't there at present. EDIT: Hotel GB is on Sponsorpay and crediting OK.

Yes the Peanut Labs ones don't credit for me straight away. The jeans one credited for me this morning from the home page, but I only got it once and I haven't had the Nivea one at all today. I did get James Bond 4 times though, and each one credited. It's all very strange

I think what may have happened Cath is that you got the credits for watching the vids originally, but because of the reload problem they stayed on your wall. Normally they allow a certain number of times that they will credit (so it may allow you to watch the Twiggy one, say, three times and get credited each time) but then they disappear from the wall. I would wait now until you get another video showing on the home page and see what happens. Hopefully it will credit OK. If not, then I'm at a loss to know what else to suggest - but I will not give up on this one

So it looks like it is just an issue with Supersonic. Let's wait and see what happens when you get another vid on the homepage that links to Supersonic
