The Swagbucks Challenge - Part 2

This thread is so long so i being sneaky to ask my question...
Did anyone do the smell pleasant survey and get invited to do the five day observation for the paypal payment?
Is it worth it/legit?
I'm doing the smells survey and for £75 I think it is worth it. I was sent a 3 day diary on smells before the 5 day focus group. You then have to take part in a focus group online for 45 minutes each night for 5 nights. £75 is a good payment for doing it.0 -

Oh, does this work? I've put off signing up to too many offers as I don't like using my mobile number... I've got a PAYG sim too (that I got from a free offer, funnily enough) but I never use it for anything. It just sits on my desk looking forlorn. Would they be a bit funny about me using an inactive number? Mind you I never answer my actual phone to unknown numbers anyway so I guess it doesn't make a difference
I ordered a sim from O2 as recommended by another poster here, pocketed the Swagbucks and use the number printed on that for any mobile offers. It's a valid number and belongs to me so I don't see the problem (other than they'll probably never get me on it.)
In fact it's one of the four things I'd recommend:
- Get a brand new e-mail address for offers only
- Get a free sim and use that number not your day-to-day mobile
- Use a different browser for Swagbucks (eg: I use Firefox with various security add-ons for my normal browsing) and Chrome with no add-ons for Swagbucks searches, offers and the toolbar
- Don't install ANYTHING on your machine that you're not comfortable with. A lot of these games, music and video players etc are bundled with all sorts of nasty malware often strictly against the wishes of the original owners (the superb video playing software VLC is a very good example of this.)0 -

Great idea with the browser, hadn't thought of that. I tend to alternate between Firefox and Chrome for various purposes (though for me Chrome is my "normal" browser). Installations I don't need to worry about, as I'm on a Mac and all of the downloadable offers seem to be Windows-only, haha!
Thank you for the excellent advice!0 -
Gah furious with SB already today, was in the middle of a 100 sb trusted survey after already being told I had qualified near the beginning, was waiting for a video to load and the trusted surveys end page suddenly flashed up and said I hadn't qualified! I feel too annoyed to carry on swagging for anything else today.
Has anyone heard anything about the 300sb trusted survey with the mobile app download yet? Still waiting for credit on that but I won't be surprised if we never see it.Swagbucks earnings since 22/05/2012 £135 paypal cash
