On Bradford & Bingley website it says that they went Ex-dividend on 21st March 2007. If you sell shares now, do you still get the dividend?

Yes.
Basically, the company specifies a date on which they assess eligibility for the dividend. The dividend may be payable a few months later but it will only be paid to shareholders on their register on the ex-dividend date.
After this date, all shares bought no longer come with the right to the next dividend payment (that remains with the registered holder of those shares as of the declared ex-dividend date) - This fact is always reflected in the share price, which (all else being equal) drops by the amount of the dividend at the point of going ex-dividend.
