The Pocket Panic Buster is a 4GB MP3 Player that is preloaded with a Cognitive Hypnotherapy download which will teach you techniques for coping with anxiety or stress. It also contains a bonus relaxation track for before or after those situations where the anxiety/stress might happen. It comes with a USB cable for charging and loading (you can put whatever you want on it). It also comes with headphones.
All prizes must be accepted as offered within a 28 day time limit from the closing date and there can be no alternative prizes or cash prizes awarded.
If any winner is under 18, parental consent must be obtained before the prize is awarded.
Entries received after the closing date will be disqualified as will any received mutilated, illegible, altered, incomplete or not complying exactly with rules and instructions.
