Wanted to speak to OH and when I pointed that he cannot speak, the woman said they would write as they couldn't discuss anything with me.
If they had read the file they would know that he cannot speak. We did send a letter of authority to DWP for me to speak on his behalf, but apparently that is not good enough for ATOS.
I wonder what it is about, usually they just send another ESA50 form to be completed.
Has anyone else on ESA been phoned? Very mysterious and undoubtedly not at all good.:mad:

They called me on Saturday at 4pm then last night at 21.44. I missed both calls as I was resting as I've just had an op. A letter arrived in the post this morning for an interview with them.0

Presumably that is what they will be writing about then. My OH had yet another operation in July and is still very unwell, why can't they just back off and concentrate on the benefit cheats.Stopped smoking 27/12/2007, but could start again at any time :eek:0
