I live in a flat which is electric only, i.e. no gas, so I have storage heaters and an electric water heating tank. My meter is a 'rare' economy 9 one, so 9 hours of off peak.

My questions are:

- if I move to blue price fix, will my 9 hours off-peak change to something else?
- can I move to blue price fix with a 2-rate meter?
- what do I do???
