last winter, lots of us on a pension, benefits, wage under a certain amount etc., received a rebate from our electricity providers.

does anyone know if this is going to happen again this winter?? and if it is, what do i do to claim it?

its £130 this winter and has to be applied for each year,see the sticky on the benefits forum of mse for details
