I got to say I am really sorry for all you guys and girls that were pulled into paid offers, I think its disgusting how companies/firms Or marketing can get away with this and making peoples lifes miserable by their dirty tricks and should be against the law and should be prosecuted for their actions and take the smile off their faces, but although I say the above may I thank all of you very much indeed as I nearly got pulled in and was bout to sign up and stopped and thought I know I will go on google and type in search - is paid offers a scam and it showed this forum thank you so much, thank god I never signed up and as you lot say trying to get extra cash and these fools - fool you into thinking its for real - and also I have heard they are rude to you over the phone - sounds to me not very pleasant people maybe they should get the sake Or better still the whole company/firm or marketing firm closed down for good and get prosecuted for it.. but once again thanks very much for all your help and advice I will definitely stay clear of these fools - thanks very much :0)0

Im not laughing at you, but you did make me laugh when I read at the end -
we should have our money back atleast,or smash fattys belly in[/QUOTE]
I thought that was so well funny - but you are right these fools have to be stopped and get prosecuted and what money they give over from the prosecution that money should be for the victims I think so any how..
Yours faithfully

I was just looking at the site thinking it was too good to be true (it uaually is) when I noticed the name of the site I was on moneysaverexperts.co.uk and reading an article dated December 22, 2013 06:15 am

Financial Analyst Money Saver Experts
Yes you read it right!
please be careful online as there are a lot of scammers around especially when money is very tight like it is now0 -
moneysaverexperts.co.uk
Money Saver Experts claim to be "Your trusted advice specialist"
The WhoIs of that site makes interesting reading http://www.whois.com/whois/moneysaverexperts.co.uk
Yes, that's right, moneysaverexperts.co.uk is registered by a Pxxx Kxxxx the owner of paid offers.
Also, note this from the bottom of the pageThis website, and any page on the website, is based loosely off a true story, but has been modified in multiple ways including, but not limited to: the story, the photos, and the comments. Thus, this page, and any page on this website, are not to be taken literally or as a non-fiction story.
So basically they are saying that the entire contents of the page is made up. The entire moneysaverexpert.co.uk website (if you can call it that as it is just a single page) is just a tool to drive victims to paidoffers and their associated sites.
I don't think I would trust them as far as I could throw them.
I wonder what the ASA would think of this latest promotional attempt by PaidOffers.co.uk.0 -
Buried in the terms and conditions is an email address you can write to, to make sure they don't use your details in marketing. It is:
enquiries@freebiegb.co.uk
I suggest sending two emails one with different subject lines as follows:
NO CONTACT FOR MARKETING PURPOSES
DO NOT PASS TO THIRD PARTIES FOR MARKETING PURPOSES
I find it incredible that this site has been investigated, is known to be a scam and yet can still be operating freely. Any hackers out there? If so, use your skills to redirect the site to this thread!0 -
Hi everyone I am new here and couldn't help registering to let everyone who have been scammed know that about 2 years ago I joined the site zatzat.co.uk because I was looking to get the HTC z the slide phone and stumbled across zatzat.co.uk. Not only did they say ill earn £60 upon applying on the Vodafone website but they also sed I cant really remember but if I made more the £30 before the pay out date every month ill get my cash. Not being very trusted but curious none the less I signed up and I got 3 options paid by Amazon voucher, paypal or direct deposit I choose amazon. I also signed up to virgin media much later say 3 months later as I had moved to a new area and needed the service all in all I made about £150 for the month I got paid the £60 in amazon voucher but not the £50 as I missed the payout date. I can promise u that after following their rules I got paid I never did offers that wasn't of interest to me e.g. playing bingo. I don't know if zatzat.co.uk is still good as I haven't used for 2 years now but that is my experience and I hope it helps everyone who have been scammed I don't know anything about Paidoffers.co.uk but I wouldn't just sign up to every offer that I may not need now or in the near future. Good luck everyone and thank you for reading.
P.s. They give You a link on their site and you must only use that link to sign up to the offer so that they can trace it and validate it. So validation they tell you takes up 3 months because for example my mobile I had to wait after the return period before getting paid makes sense if I had gotten paid might den return the phone.0 -
Wow.
I was on a 'reputable' newspaper site, clicked on a link at the bottom showing other news about how to make big money in 2014 (you never know thought it might be an interesting read lol)
Newspaper article popped up about mums from home earning enough to stay at home...etc etc looked REALLY LEGIT.
Being savvy I googled the site came across this - and then I'm sat here thinking....but why is the newspaper telling people it works? Then I realised its another website....
It looks exactly same as first website, just a dif name....what a scam.People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -

And if you believe that, you're just the type of person they are looking for.
You've just confirmed to them that your email address is live - expect to get loads more spam and scam emails.0 -
Ukeveningnews.com also look like it's part of this scam judging by the very familiar tag line on the stories and like to paid offers
