How long do I wait before going further for none payment?

I recently sold some items to someone and she has not yet paid (sold 22nd august). I've tried contacting her and she hasn't replied.
I don't really think it's a scam as there is no benefit to her for not paying and she has a lot of very good feedback as a buyer so I don't want to open a case too soon if there is a genuine reason. But I also don't want to do nothing.
Should I give her a bit longer or do something now?

I would open a case now - people aren't necessarily allowed to leave poor feedback for non-payers, so it wouldn't necessarily show.
If she has bid and forgotten it will remind her and she will get a chance to pay.
If she doesn't respond then you can close the dispute OK with no further issues.
Don't hassle or pester her - just open the case and leave things up to her."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

I concur with Crowqueen, just open an NPB today and if payment has not arrived in 4 days time close it and get your FVfs back. Buyer also gets a strike.
Make sure you have also got your seller preferences set to exclude bids from buyers with 2 or more strikes.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks for your advice, I have now opened a case. It's a shame cos all my other transactions were going so smoothly and she was a great communicator prior to winning the items!
I will check my seller settings now as I never thought about that. Ah well hope somebody else will want them.
ps I never realised how hungry I was for approval until I saw some lovely eBay feedbacks from happy buyers. It's feeding the addiction though, I'll have no posessions in the near future.0
