Hi All,
Just a quickie, I found an old passbook for NS&I and I called them and said the account was still open and had 15 years interst to be added on.
I know I know, the interest is miniscule  but does anyone have a ballpark of how much the iterst will amount to?
I think there was about £100 in there in 1992..
Any help would be great :T
Thanks

We recently closed an an old account with them and got £26 all in all. We had to send book back to get cheque and I am trying to remember the exact figure in account to start with, about a fiver I think from around early 90's.
Will post again if I can find exact details.0 -

Thanks for that! I knew it would be small but at least I can add on the £100 I've already got in there!!:rotfl:0 -
Assuming the interest rate average is about 5% u should have £108 of interest.
I am assuming interest was good at first but now its prob down to about 2.5% so a bit of a guess.0
