Turbo Lister guru help needed please !

going to give Turbo lister another try - but cant find the "item condition" drop down menu in the create page - without this it wont let you list - any help please ??...
As Martin says - please be nice - there is no such thing as a stupid question !

Hi Ped, I think you have to fill in the catagory first then it appears underneath that and above the picture section.0
