Oyster Card - DLR + Rail journey

OH and myself, need to travel from my local station (within travelcard/oyster zone) to Stratford International. It's a train journey to Woolwich Arsenal, then I change to get on the DLR.
So do I have to touch out at Woolwich Arsenal railway then touch back in at Woolwich Arsenal DLR? Or does the journey from my local station to Stratford count as one journey? Will I be charged £2.40 (peak single fare) or £2 for the rail journey + £1.50 for the DLR journey.
All I can find on TFL and National Rail website is I have to touch in and out at start and end of journey, but doesn't mention or clarify about changing from rail to DLR.
We are off to the paralympics and we can pick up travelcards from the box office when we are there for the way home.
Thanks

Touch in/out at each station; it'll be treated as one journey and you'll be charged the £2.40 fare. (I believe Woolwich Arsenal DLR has barriers so you'll have to touch in to board the DLR anyway)0

Thank you!
I have found a better answer to my question though!

I just need to wave my print at home tickets (at the guards) and it's free to travel.0
