GWIZZ couriers

Having waited in all day yesterday for Citylink to collect a parcel organised though GWIZZ, they have emailed this morning and advised that they tried to collect and were told that the parcel was not ready for collection. I am furious as this is a lie, no one knocked on the door and if they had they would have seen the enormous parcel right there awaiting collection since Sunday night! I have spoken to them and they have said they will speak to Citylink and get back to me.
They don't guarentee a collection day and as it was after the bank holiday I accepted that it was one of those things. But now they want to charge a wasted journey fee of £15 to come and collect it again! Basically I want my money back - does anyone have any advice for dealing with these jokers?

Ask for proof they came, when they have none they'll back down and collect the item.
Alternatively, send via another courier and chase your refund with GWIZZ.0 -
...a good place to start is to ask for the colour of your door...couriers tend to write these down as proof now.0

according to a statement by their solicitors and the London Gazette it looks like GWIZZ COURIER SERVICES LTD are going into insolvency... they revamped their website recently as Totalparcels.com though this seem to have gone as well...0
