Dorothy Perkins - returning a bag I've used?

I bought a bag from DP last Friday, loved it, took the tag off and started using it, however, as soon as you put anything in it, the weight of the items inside causes the clasp to continually come undone (it's a satchel style bag) so the bag constantly falls open.
I'm really disappointed as I saw this bag last month and couldn't afford it so waited until I was paid to go and buy it. Now I removed the tag as obviously I was happy with it when I bought it and was happy to keep it until I used it. I have only used it once so it is still in pristine condition (minus the tag) and I have the receipt, will they offer me a refund?

Yes, because you are returning it as unfit for purpose. They may offer either a replacement or a repair, but if you're unhappy with the bag now I think you should be able to insist on a full refund (if you paid with a card make sure you take that card with you as they may want to refund on it).0

Don’t' forget you are returning it because the clasp is broken (manufacturing fault) and therefore it does not need to have the tags on.
Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0 -
