| dont know which earth youre living on, this one or fullers, of course they want to know, that;s why it's in the terms and conditions and they make millions of pounds a year by upping peoples premiums, even on non faulters. Break the terms and conditions, they don't pay, saving themselves even more money.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

So why do the IC want to know?, it hasn't cost them has it?
Oh i remember, so they can up your premiums on the back of "statistics" that say........... "in the future you are more likely to claim".........statistics I may add they do not let you see, or make public,
Another T&C that again favors the IC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And its fraud?..................:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Clifford thanks for sharing a happy tale...........Good luck to the lad
ps..........tell him/her no to celebrate to much, the insurance company will put their premiums up, if they claim or dont claim !!!!!!!Campaigning to recycle Insurance Policies into Toilet Paper :rotfl:

I would presume it means incidents/accidents with another vehicle/person where a claim is possible.
It would be silly for the garage to ring your insurance company for compensation for a plastic bucket.
But if "where a claim is possible" is the threshold criterion, then that would always be true. If someone grazed my new Rolls-Royce with a jacket zip I might not be satisfied with T-cut. I might insist on a full respray to get a perfect paint match.
On the other hand, if someone put a tiny scratch in my rusty old Ford Escort that already had a hundred dents and was held together with ductape, probably an insurer assessor would advise against claiming.
Also, it's a complete non-sequitor to argue that someone who has a minor ding with no significant financial cost is more likely to make a claim, because their very action in not reporting it has already demonstrated that they are LESS LIKELY to make a claim. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. !!!!!!. The boy slightly scuffed a car and the owners sorted it out between themselves.
So what????0 -
I take it your heart has not been warmed either, then.
(Though your blasphemy is unnecessary)
Blasphemy? You are kidding yeah?
My heart was warmed that there is still decency in some people. What I think is quite ridiculous is the hysteria about them not reporting it to the insurance company.0 -
I didn't know the lord Jesus had a middle name of H. I do apologise. I was talking about the Jesus Howard Christ of Peckham .0

If we have to report to the insurer every little bump I wonder how much premium a stock car driver has to pay for his insurance !!
