i have a 17yr Old who up to now has just had a nationwide savings account
and we now want to open her a bank account with cash card she is just about to get some part-time saturday work that they will pay in to an account for her
whats the best account and providers about for this sort of thing ALSO next Sept 2013 she hopes to go to uni so will have student loads etc
any suggestions on whose the best to bank with for these please ?

If she's not going until next year then she won't get a student account, until next year.
If she wants a bank account for her wages to go in, go to the most convinient bank and ask to open an account (but make sure she has plenty of ID if possible).0
