It means that they think that with the 'right' help and support you may be able to return to work at some point relatively soon. There will be appointments with an advisor to aid you in this process. You will get contribution based for one year and after that only income based which depends on household income and savings.

As above... but to add..impossible for me to say but there is the possibility that appealing the decision may be a course of action worth considering as you may feel you should be in Support Group of ESA rather than the WRAG. However, you might need to take advice on the matter from CAB or the like as it doesn't sound like you have sufficient information about ESA to take a sound judgement.

They won't... for simple reason you've qualified for the benefit.. been found to meet WRAG criteria. Obviously if you lost appeal tribunal such that you were found not to meet WRAG or Support Group criteria (i.e. were found 'for for work') then your benefit would stop. What I have in mind is that you are limited to payments for 12 months in WRAG (but not support group) if you are getting contribution based ESA... payments are unlimited for income related ESA in either group. Plus obviously in Support group you are not required to take part in 'Work related activity'.

You don't need to supply 'fit notes' (used to be called sick notes) when in WRAG or Support Group. Fit notes are required when in the assessment phase of ESA (which you didn't have because you were not making a new claim but rather being transferred in) or while appealing against 'fit for work' decision and wanting payments.

Thank you. I did not know it stopped after a year. So basicly if i were to stay on the wrag group i have twelve months to get a job? I am really not able to work even the cardiologist has said how ill i am.

I will ask about the income related esa in the morning. Thank you again.

Yeah contrib based ESA in WRAG payments end after 12 months...although you can remain on the benefit thereafter for several reasons including the fact that there's always a chance you could get put in Support group at reassessment (they're regular on ESA!). You could qualify for (or even be on now) income related... depends on means testing of savings, income, partner. I'm not sure if you will have been transferred to Contrib or IR... especially in light of fact you got IS and IB... you may get some of each... others are better able to advise on that.. but your award letter should give details on back page where monies are broken down for weekly payment.
