My mum wants to buy a car,
She has an audi TT new style and wants to sell that and get a new one (*not brand new)
She has asked me for options for her to look at
So far she has looked at Audi A5 convertible, BMW 3 series convertible. But she has decided that scottish weather isn't good enough for convertibles.
She then looked at the Range rover evoke but I think this is out of her budget range as the loan deal was a rip off.
2 litre cars and above...
I don't think she is all that fussed about 4x4's either.
Any thoughts? She would like a fairly sporty car much like the TT but not as small I dont think.

I believe I speak for everyone on here when I say "We like your mum"
Fed up of all these 'I want a small sensible economical malaysian diesel' or "I want a £1000 car that will never go wrong" threads.
Nice to have a thread about getting a proper car. I presume she's after a petrol? Whats her budget and how much she looking for for her current car?0 -

Eh?
"proper car"?
All of the above are nothing more than "look at how much money I want you to think I have", cars. The car version of an iPhone.....
Toys for the wannabe social class climbers.
The people who ask about non-"proper cars" are no different at all, still trying to appear higher up that social class ladder, just using "saving the environment" as a convenient excuse for being too poor.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

1. It's a speed limit not a target types
2. I happily buy cars for tuppence, run them on veg oil and fit part worn Chinese ditch finders and ferry their families about all for less than the price of a bag of chips a month
3. Car hating tree hugging types
4. What you doing here types if ou have money to burn on polar bear killers.
5. New car/lease car haters, see number 2
6. Rarely a petrol head will appear but will be shouted down by all of the above.0 -

You get a car to suit your needs, she wants a fun car that looks cool. Simples.
Recoverydust don't think that's an option
but will let her know that you have propositioned!
Jaydee she'd prob get 8000ish for the TT and looking to spend 25,000.
Yeh it would be a petrol.0 -
The new Toyota GT 36 looks nice starting at 24,995.

You need a quick trip to Dubai Airport, theres hundreds of luxury supercars abandoned there, many with the keys left in, by peopel who owe money doing a runner, because you can be jailed for owing money under sharia laws.
Theres even a brand new £1m Ferrari Enzo there for taking, all you have to do is work out how to get it back.
