EON avoiding issue

Does your consumption from the switch readings to the 1st bill match the difference in the readings you submitted above?
Its obvious that you have opening reading issue from the switch here. To confirm this, workout your daily average usage between each reading to see if they are reasonable. You do this by deducting the lower from the higher reading then dividing by the days inbetween the dates of the readings. If these average are OK, you can rule out unusual patterns, not that you can't continue to reduce consumption of course.
By doing this, does it also show your expected reduction.
So, now its the switch readings. Why are they estimates? What happened to the readings you gave?
If you gave elec readings which were considered too low, the new suppliers Data Collector agent Deems their own which both suppliers have to use. This is based on your previous meter reading history that they receive. So, if they hadn't Bern taking readings for a while, its possible they didn't track with your usage, resulting in a failure due to unreasonably high usage.
If its just about that opening reading, I suggest you raise a complaint its obvious to anyone looking at your account.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
