Ford Focus electrical fault 2003 1.6

My Ford is displaying problems, this morning no wipers, no air lower heater, no electric windows, radio is ok and also the lights coming on, not the weather to do without wipers for sure, , i have checked the fuses under glovebox and they are all fine, when i tried the car at lunchtime stationery everything worked again,by the time i drove home parked up and tried in an hour all gone again, mmm not good, any ideas ,i guess if i take to Ford to do diagnostic check it will cost arm and a leg.

Appreciate any guidance

thanks

  • Probably not a fuse since it's intermittent. A bad earth connection, perhaps : maybe the higher ambient temperature at lunchtime allowed something to work, but not at cooler times of the day.

    Battery probably
  • Sounds like big foot passenger has caused this . Very simple to repair underneath the fuse box a connector kicked out just push the connector back in . Simple .
    Good luck.
