:(Hi New to this so please bear with me!!
We paid for a kitchen in January this year and told the company we wouldn't need it for a while cos we were renovating a bungalow, stupid I know but they gave us such a good deal if we paid in full and we fell for it. Anyway we asked for delivery on August 24th and they told my husband it would be delivered in full that day. However as they finished delivering I noticed a number of units were missing and as they were about to leave I asked them where the rest of it was. The owner replied only 80% had been shipped over from Ireland where it was made and the rest was to be delivered to us today. I was not happy as they had had our money all that time. After they were gone we noticed another unit missing and the 2 drawer fronts of a base unit missing. The units were meant to come completely made up. I telephoned them on 25th and informed them only to be told " you want an argument but you ain't getting one" to which I replied I only want my whole kitchen that I have paid for. They told me the remaining units would defo be here on the 28th but guess what no they aint.
I also bought a new bathroom suite including vanity units and a shower screen from the same store. They were due for delivery on the 10th August but didn't arrive till the 17th and guess what? Yep some parts were missing. They brought the remainder with the part delivery of our kitchen on the 24th minus shower screen. The vanity unit they brought was cream instead of white.
I am now ready to scream as they say they will take everything back but we wont get a refund. We should be moving into the property in 3 weeks but now its going to be put back cos we have no kitchen or bathroom.
Please can some one tell me where we stand with this company.I am really desperate for some advice.
