could I request a code please,

had one of these codes earlier this year but didnt understand about the added extras, meaning my 9.50 holiday to butlins cost us £400, oops,
actually should I have received a code as I have previously holidayed with them?

have you tried emailing them as i didnt get a code but emailed them and they said i had been allocated one and sent me it again

You'd think, but it doesn't seem to work that way. I've passed on a priority code in 2011 which was used by a friend; I have continued to receive priority codes since, some of which I've used and some (two in 2012) I've passed on.
