Express Rewards Credit Card - Blue one

Hi,
anyone applied for the blue Express Rewards Credit Card? It was mentioned in one of the weekly emails. I've got it in July, made some transactions in supermarkets and bonus points are not posting on my statement. I wonder if anyone else has the same problem. I already contacted Amex and waiting for their reply.

Couldn't find any thread about this card so I'm guessing it's not a popular product.

Are you talking about the 6,000 bonus points?

If my reading of the offer is correct you will get the points after 3 months of spending £500+ in each of those months

No, I'm talking about bonus points for transactions:

"Earn up to 3 points for virtually every full £1 spent at major UK supermarkets,"

I've got another Amex and any bonus points post as they should.

After 3 weeks points are still not awarded properly. I contacted AMEX, they promised to solve the problem and nothing happened. After contacting them again they said they sorry and will sort it out.

Apprantly there's high demand for the card and there are delays in sending out cards for new customers. Looks like their system wasn't prepared for this promotion.
