HELP! How do i get my switchover Cashback

Hi There,

I am hoping somebody can help me! We have recently moved into a new property in England after living abroad for 6 years. We have moved from The Utility Warehouse to Scottish Power after doing a comparison through MSE. Reading it all we should get £70 cashback? £40 for dual fuel and £30 through the MSE link? How do i get both of these? Very confused! :o

Hope somebody can help me as I have received all my new welcome packs but no mention of cashback. Should I have done the switch over through a site like topcashback instead of MSE?

Thanks in advance for your help! :)

MSE is not a comp site, did the link post to another actual comp site, or was it a cashback supplied directby SP?
Why don't you post the MSE link? Is it possibly one to MoneySupermarket? If so you need to contact them.
The cashback would not usually be paid by the supplier until your first quarterly bill, and then as a credit.
If you've just got your welcome packs then it seems unlilkely that you have actually switched yet-the normal timing is 4-5 weeks.

From the info on MSE it takes 6-12 weeks after supply goes live?
You can call moneysupermarket to ask if deal is going through ok.
HUGE £70 cashback on 'no price hike' energy deal Scottish Power's Online Energy Fixed November 2013

Switch to Scottish Power after doing a comparison on MoneySupermarket* by 11.59pm on Thursday 30 August and you can get £40 dual fuel cashback (£20 for single fuel). Plus you'll get the usual £30 cashback via the MSE link (£17.50 for single fuel. Both will be paid after about six to 12 weeks after your supply's gone live.

The cheapest Scottish Power tariff available is its Online Energy Fixed November 2013.

How good is it? Scottish Power's just launched the new overall cheapest tariff, Online Energy Fixed November 2013. It also guarantees no price rises before Nov 2013, and there are no exit fees - so if other prices drop, you can just leave.
