Seperate House buying/renting forum for Scotland

I see time and time again on the House Buying forum advice being given, then days later as the conversation progresses posters discover that what they've advised isn't valid because the OP is in Scotland and not England/Wales.
Can we not have a seperate house buying forum for members in Scotland?
Rules, processes and regulations differ so much between England &Wales and Scotland, it makes it very confusing for people who aren't aware of the differences.
