About time too.
Note that it will be the Legal Ombudsman, not the Financial Ombudsman Service, that takes this on.
It would be good if statistics on complaints against CMCs could be published like happens with FOS complaints.0 -

Why do they need to wait till next year,, It just gives them more time to rip people off and then stop trading.I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe is that none of it has tried to contact us.0

People use these firms because they're either too lazy to claim themselves or don't know how to. That's not the fault of the firms.0

I used to work for one of these companies,,,,only a very small one,:o, BUT so dodgy ........... they have I believe been reported to the MOJ FOS etc......listen to what Martin says claim your self !!!:money:0
