Faulty Zanussi Washing Machine 3 months old

Bought from Currys in May on my Tesco credit card for £349. I can find manual and card statement but cannot put my hands on receipt (I know it's here somewhere). Do I call Currys or Zanussi for arrange for an engineer? Just been on holiday and desperately need to do some washing. Put on second load for it to stop half way through. My partner followed manual instructions and we managed to manually drain it and get washing out. We have checked filter, water supply and for any blockages. Despite this it won't start - lights are on but start button flashes red 3 times.

I finally found receipt. Rang customer services at Currys who eventually re-directed me to a repair centre in Tamworth (I'm in Solihull). Very nice lady took the details and said an engineer would call on Thursday. Looks like I'm off to laundrette. I suppose Thursday isn't too bad as I'm off work until Monday.
