Hi guys
Well, it appears that I am now in the market for a new fridge freezer
Can you reccomend me makes/models?
Looking for quality but looks are important too, really only have space for fridge on top/freezer on bottom with 50/50 split approx. would love an American styled one with water dispenser and ice maker but don't have space.
Most important factor is reliabiliy so won't be considering hotpoint!
Thanks guys

Liebherr, the best that you will get in refrigeration IMO.

We just bought this one from Bosch: http://www.johnlewis.com/231614922/Product.aspx - we were limited as to height of the thing and this fits perfectly, good size fridge and 3 drawers to freezer which is plenty for our needs.
Also rate JL for delivery - very polite and helpful, put the appliance exactly where we wanted it and took all the packaging away.0 -
Depends what you want. The highest scoring in Which? tests are Indesit fridge/freezers, but they don't score the highest for energy efficiency. e.g. Indesit PBAA33NFD.
And what is your budget?0 -
Thank you, will look into those.
Not sure about indesit, aren't they the same group as hotpoint? Have hotpoint fridge freezer at the minute and there seems to be a blatant design problem where there is a build up of ice that causes leaking. Also have hotpoint washer dryer, have had leaks and a ecu replacement. So won't be buying these again
Really after reliability, combined with energy performance. Budget, well haven't given that a huge amount of thought, £500 ish, could be more I suppose if needed but that figure is really just plucked out of air, really could spend as much as needed but obviously less is more :-)0
