Orange - Praise

Just had to write a quick praise thread for Orange Mobile:
My Samsung Galaxy S2 developed a fault with the power button on Saturday night and as a result it was impossible to turn the screen off and it would also intermittently reset itself. Phoned Orange CS on Sunday at 8.30 am who offered a replacement phone to be delivered SAME DAY. Chose a relevant timeslot and voila - new phone delivered, when they said it would be and all within 12 hours of reporting a fault.
I don't spend a lot at all on my mobile phone contract so I'm not exactly a priority customer and I was very impressed with the turnaround.
