Has anyone submitted a childrens DLA online?

I submitted mine last night and it said after you submit it tells you what happens next. My comp froze, so i logged in this morning and it has def has been submitted but....what happens next? Can anyone remember what it said?
Also i have some extra info to send to them, does anyone know what address i send them too? I found a web page that said to find my local office put in my postcode, it came up with leeds address, would this be right?
