Pressure Washer Not Working After Period Of Not Being Used

Hi all. Hope someone an here can help.
I have a Halfords electric pressure washer (a bigish one, not the !!!!ey little ones) and after a period of having not been used, I took it out the other day to use it and low and behold nothing happened when I switched it on. Anyone have an issue like this before with a pressure washer. Figure it is either the pump is siezed or the motor is siezed up having not been used for about a year. Pump would be my first thoughts. Anyone had an issue like this before and were you able to fix it? If so how?
Cheers..

I know it is a bit basic, but have you checked the fuse?I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0

Have you bled it?
Did you store it outside through a winter? I hope not, because if you did, then the residual water in it will probably have frozen and wrecked it.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Yes checked fuse.. :-)) that was OK
Stored in a wooden shed (Big Shed 20'x8' with 16mm thick walls) wraped in old curtains.. so don't think it's a freezing issue.
It was drained but I'm just wondering if it has been left fo such a long time, will any "moisture" left in the pump have caused the pump to sieze? Thinking if I strip it apart and give it some "light persuasion" it might un-sieze..
When I turned it on, the water came out of the lance but at "tap" pressure and the motor didn't kick in.0
