The best torque wrench we used was the bathroom scales and bar marked in feet ..... did the job.

I had a look at the lidl torque wrench, it's actually pretty heavy and looks well build, dont' know what the accuracy and reliability will be like over the long term though. it's 1/2 drive - all my set are 3/8 so I didn't get it. It's handy for wheels and other mid range torque settings. (starts from 29nm and goes up to mid hundreds i think0
