Parcel2go/my Hermes

Hi
I sold an item that is tracking as delivered to outbuilding. I have contacted parcel2go who simply told me to submit a claim. The buyer has been patient and I was intending to refund her once the outcome of my claim was successful. However the buyer has opened up a dispute so the funds are now on hold. I will speak to eBay in the morning to see what they say but have a feeling I'm going to have to refund before getting anything back from parcel2go. I usually always refund the buyer before submitting a claim to RM as I know it's my responsibility as a seller to do so. However I'm unsure what to do in this case. The amount in question is £49.
Are parcel2go usually good in responding to claims???

Upload the tracking number to the dispute, that way you should win the dispute, then you can sort this out in your own time.
P.S. If possible putting the tracking number up here might help, then again, it might not0 -
I'll be interested to know the outcome of this one. Delivered to outbuilding is a bit vague! I would predict that Hermes won't pay out though, if you had agreed that they could "leave in a safe place".They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
