Honda Civic 57 plate Alarm problem
Hi guys!
Hope you can help. My alarm keeps going off, now and again, there is no obviously link to the time. I have checked for insects which maybe covering sensors but it's all fine.
The odd thing is when I click the remote I can hear the car lock/unlock. But the lights do not flash or if they do they can be 20 seconds after. They work fine when driving and using them when indicating. Just not with the alarm!
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Take it to an auto-electrician. It could be anything from a faulty door switch or faulty sensors. If it has a battery backup siren then the rechargeable battery cells tend to fail with age and sets off a false alarm.
You can normally isolate faulty sensors by locking the car and pressing a button somewhere near the sensors - you normally use this to lock the car on ferries or if you need to lock the car with people/animals inside.The man without a signature.0
