    OP - That's Dell and their warranty - you are talking about taking a company to court - I believe that as you bought the laptop overseas the contract will be with the Dell subsidiary from that country and small claims court won't touch it.

    You would need to take them to the Indian version of the that... UK law won't cover you in this instance. The only way that it might is if on all your documentation and contracts Dell lists it HQ as a UK address and as such a UK company and subject to UK laws...

    I may be wrong but that's my take on the subject -
    Swagbucks:
    2012 = £225 (august onwards)
    2013 = £400 so far...
