Payment Pending? Payment Complete?

Have had several transactions go through this week paid with Paypal

Two are showing in ebay as paypal payment pending - when i go into paypal they say complete - i phoned paypal and they say the money is there in my account so whats up with ebay?

I dont think they are e-cheques because i have an echeque waiting to clear and that says echeque uncleared

yet several other payments have come through fine so im not sure whether to post the items that are showing as pending on ebay and complete on paypal

if the payments in paypal are showing as included in your "available balance" the transaction is completed.

If it says complete in Paypal, then it's ok to send. Ebay are a bit slow LOL.

yeah they are - i guess its just making me feel uneasy that they are not showing as complete in ebay, i thought maybe the system needed to catchup on its self but these payments came through on 27 March

I had one transaction recently that after a few days still showed on ebay as pending, but was completed on Paypal straight away. I just cleared it on ebay as payment made, not had any problems.
Think there must be a glitch with ebay linking to Paypal occasionally.

yeah its strange been using ebay and paypal for about 4 years and never come accross this problem and its happened twice in one week - very odd :rolleyes:

yeah i did read ur thread before starting this one - i dont think the payments are echeques paypal say the money is in my account - ive emailed ebay but of course no response yet and when i do it will be a highly irrelevant generated email lol

do ur payments still show as pending or have they cleared?

Yep my payments still showing as pending so I ask the buyer to cancel paypal did inform the buyer show him this post so just be on the safe side not you and send me a cheque instead ask them record the letter to me. Then they cancel the paypal payments - don't ask me how!!. :eek:
