Bought a dress with free postage 4 weeks ago. Only went for a few pounds so seller probably wont make much past postage and fees. Waited 10 days no sign of it. Nothing to say shipped to seller to say have you sent it yet. She'd been away and would send couple of days later she damaged new with tags dress by fastening it. Could we do a mutual cancellation, all heart yeah okay.
No money back off seller, few days later can I have my money, no reply raised a case. Week after that oops just saw your email dont you have your money, nope nothing in paypal.
No reply from her five days later, no money either. Its a day since the case could have been escalated so Its been done now.

See what ebay says, is there nothing when a mutal cancellation is done to refund the buyer straight away, im assuming if she thinks she refunded the money 12 days ago and it hasnt appeared to me yet that she hasnt done it right.

You have cancelled your transaction with the seller and now there is nothing to make her refund you.

You should not have cancelled the transaction but as you have, you now need to speak to Ebay directly.

I escalated the case and ebay refunded in two minutes.

Refund in paypal account has seller name so dont know if they took money from her

Seller delayed sending, then damaged item so couldnt send, then did a mutual cancellation but didnt refund. case was raised not recieved. seller said she refunded but hadnt. escalated case ebay refunded
