I don't think the OP has done so.
What the OP should do is to exact some well-deserved revenge and report Legion's misuse of the council's logo on the ticket and misquoting of the Road Traffic Act in the letter to their Trading Standards Department.

I am going to stick it out with you, just got one of these tickets today and am fuming! The only signs I saw in Huyton village car park said 'maximum stay 2 hours' no sign of a pay and display machine and to make matters worst - i was going to Specsavers :rotfl:0
