Hi All

I'm looking at a new fire for house I am buying and was just wondering what it would cost to fit a gas fire place I would buy from a supplier?

Thanks

Bit of a bit of string question, for instance will it be balanced flue through outside wall or vent up a chimney?

Chimney may need a liner fitting for instance, which would obviously bump up the cost

Is there already a gas supply to the point where the fire is to be installed?
    More info needed.
